IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please do not place customers that are in the EXPIRING STATUS on your DO NOT DISPATCH LIST. They have not EXPIRED yet and are at very high risk of a true crime.

1.In order to expedite your request, we are no longer accepting spreadsheets, registrations or account information changes via email. They must be sent via fax or mail. Only one method of delivery is required in order to not duplicate accounts.

3.PLEASE BE ADVISED: The False Alarm Department has two departments. One is the False Alarm Department and the Security Department. Kathy Pruitt is the Manager of the False Alarm Department. 4.If you have any questions about registrations etc. please call my staff at 301-883-5465. All general e-mails will now go to Chimere Felder the Assistant Administrator. The e-mail address is cjfelder(5>co.pR.md.us. My staff members are Debbie-Ann, Esker and Chimere, if you have any questions regarding your residential or business accounts feel free to give them a call.

5.Lee-Ann Torrington is the Manger of the Security Department. She will be doing all Appeals for alarm companies, monitoring companies and some business accounts only. If you have any questions you can reach her at 301-322-5187 and her e-mail address is latorrington(5)co.PE.md.us. In that department, they pull over the 911 calls, make pending registrations, advise alarm companies and monitoring companies when accounts are closed, revoked, or not registered, and charge all violators when necessary. Berta Moreira is on Lee-Ann's staff.
